ANNOUNCEMENT: SILT's paid subscriber offer is glowing up ✨
What you'll get from only £2.50 a month!
Hello, my lovely subscribers 👋
I have two extra special newsletters waiting in the drafts at the moment, but - as they both rely on factors outside of my timekeeping and typing skills - they’re not quite ready yet.
So, this week, I hope you’ll forgive me for only dropping you a quick note to let you know that SILT’s paid subscriber offering is getting some exciting improvements!
Until now, I’ve only ever posted free content, but as this newsletter grows (as if there are over 500 of you now?!?), so does my desire to take it more seriously. While I don’t expect it to pay my bills any time soon, it all goes towards my dream of being able to write creatively full-time.
So, while free subscribers won’t be losing anything (you’ll continue to get your Sunday morning newsletter as usual), I thought it was about time to reward the people who are lovely enough to support me financially through this newsletter.
What’s new and how much is it?
For only £2.50 a month when you select an annual subscription or £3.50 when you pay monthly, you’ll now have access to my new monthly advice column: Ask Alanna.
Ask Alanna will be your typical agony aunt-style column where paid subscribers have the opportunity to ask for advice and receive a tailored, newsletter-length response. You can ask me about anything - love, dating, sex, careers, writing, grief, friendships, fashion, beauty - whatever you could benefit from some impartial wisdom on.
Keep an eye out for calls for submissions in the paid subscriber chat. Paid subs can also send me a DM or email submission at any time.
Sold! How do I sign up?
For free subscribers, if you’d like to upgrade to paid in time for the first advice drop, you can do so by clicking the button below and selecting either a yearly, monthly or founding plan. And for any completely new people: hello! Join the fun!
As always, I want to say a really big thank you to everyone who reads, likes, comments, shares and engages with SILT. It’s easily been the most rewarding thing I’ve done this year, and I hope I can continue to write you content that you care about and look forward to for many years to come.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
Love you all,
Alanna 💓
